All orders are shipped in plain white flyers with no branding or product details visible, ensuring your privacy. We believe in keeping things simple, subtle, and secure.

When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but typically range from 3-4 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact. Due to hygiene reasons, panties and sets including panties are final sale and cannot be returned.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 5000 pkr. For orders under 5000 pkr, a flat shipping fee of 199 pkr applies.
