We currently ship all over Pakistan. International shipping is also available. Contact us for international orders.
2. Processing Time
● Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
● Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working
day.

4. Shipping Charges
● Express Shipping: Flat rate 200/=pkr.
● Free shipping on orders above pkr 5000/=.
5. Order Tracking
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours with pictures of the product. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
6. Undelivered Orders
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier will make two more attempts before returning the parcel to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package is damaged or an item is missing upon arrival, please contact our support team within 24 hours with photos of the package and items received.
